I do believe that girls can make the first move by confessing to
guys that they like, instead of guys always making the first
move.
Of coz, that will depend on the sincerity of the parties
involved.
Thanks for your advices, M©+square and Magnus, I still treat my
friend as a good friend and din think of telling him that i like
him as I can't sense sincerity in him and that I don't see a future
with him.
So, that explains why I am still single! 
But, I do believe that there are guys out there who are really shy,
and are waiting for girls to confess. If they are sincere enough, I
do think it is worthwhile for girls to make the first move.
In this case, its up to the threadstarter to determine, first of
all, does she have feelings for her fren? and secondly, does she
think that he is sincere at all?
